The Bryans Road Farmers Market runs every Sunday from May through October.
For the 2026 season, this equals:

This means:
- Full-Season Vendors are signing up for 26 Sundays
- Part-Time Vendors select every other Sunday, odd weeks or even.
- Casual Vendors request individual dates as available, minimum of 4 dates.

Booth Sizes & Pricing
Standard Booth:
- 10’ x 10’ (same size as a pop-up tent)
Pricing:
- $30 per market day for Standard vendors
- $40 per market day for Casual vendors
- $45 per market day for Mobile Food Units
Payment Options and Discounts:
- Payment options include:
- 10% Discount with full payment at approval (full & part time vendors only)
- Installment Plan: 3 equal payments due at approval, April 1 and July 1.
- Full-Season Vendors: 10% discount with full payment at approval
- Part-Time Vendors: 10% discount with full payment at approval

Additional Space:
- Extra 10’ x 10’ spaces available for $10 per market day
- Must be requested in advance on your application
Food Trucks
Space: 10’ x 20’
Rate: $45 per market day
- No percentage of sales charged
- Arrival time coordinated with the Market Manager
Equipment & Setup Requirements
- Vendors provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays
- Pop-up tents recommended but not required
- All tents must be weighted (24 lbs per leg)
- Prices must be clearly posted
- Business name signage required
- Setup must meet safety and fire standards
Cottage food vendors must comply with Maryland Department of Agriculture labeling requirements.
Permits, Insurance & Documentation
By April 1, 2026, vendors must submit:
- General Liability Insurance:
- $1,000,000 coverage
- Must list Canopy Group USA, LLC as additionally insured
- Food Permits:
- Required for prepared foods not covered under Cottage Food regulations
Documents may be uploaded through your vendor account or emailed to the Market Manager.
Booth Selection Process
Once your application is approved and payment is received, access to the interactive vendor map is generated for our vendors:
- The Vendor Market Map becomes interactive
- Select your booth space online
- Space is secured with submission of required supporting documents (due April 1)
Booth assignments are first-come, first-served.
Vendor Support & Promotion
Included with your vendor fee:
- 10′ by 10′ booth space for standard vendors, 10′ by 20′ for food trucks
- Vendor spotlights on Canopy Group social media channels
- Individual vendor promotion using your photos or video
- Optional vendor training session focused on profitability and customer engagement
