We are currently welcoming vendors to join our companion events, the Bryans Road Farmers Market (Sundays, 9 am to 1 pm) and the Canopy Curbside Cravings food truck hub (Saturdays, 2 pm to 7 pm) on the same site. Located on a busy highway with exposure to 55,000 cars a day, we are the Weekend Food Destination for the region!
Canopy Group markets are built around real people doing meaningful work — farmers, food makers, artists, and small businesses who care about their craft and their community.

- Food trucks and prepared food vendors

Whether you’re an experienced market vendor or just getting started, we aim to create a supportive, well-organized environment where vendors can succeed.
What to Expect: The Application Process
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Start by completing the online vendor application for the current season. You’ll tell us about your products, your setup needs, and your preferred schedule.
Incomplete or unsigned applications can’t be processed, so be sure everything is filled out before submitting.
Step 2: Choose Your 2026 Schedule
You’ll have the flexibility to meet your needs when you apply as:
- A full-season vendor (all scheduled market days, May 3 to October 25)
- A part-time vendor (that’s every other market day during the full season)
- A casual vendor (must select a minimum of 4 days, maximum of 8)
Full-season vendors receive priority placement and a discount, but flexible options are available.
Step 3: Payment & Reservation
Vendor fees are paid for each market day, and we give you options and incentives:
- Full payment upon application gives you a 10% discount for the season fees!
- Or choose our installment plan, making 3 equal payment of your season fees! First payment is due when your application is submitted, 2nd payment due April 1, and 3rd payment due July 1! Easy as pie!
Once your discounted full payment or your first installment payment is received, your spot moves forward in the process.
Step 4: Select Your Booth Space
After payment, you’ll gain access to the Vendor Map and can choose your booth space. This lets you know exactly where you’ll be set up on market day.
If you need more space than a standard 10’ x 10’ booth, you can request additional space during your application. Food trucks get a 10′ x 20′ space.
Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Most vendors will need to upload:
- Proof of general liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance must name “Canopy Group USA” as your event)
- Any current required permits, depending on what you sell
Many vendors already have these documents. We simply need them on file by April 1 deadline so everything is approved and ready to go.
Step 6: Get Ready for Market Day
Once your documents are approved, you’re officially on the calendar. We’ll share any final details you need as opening day approaches.
Then it’s time to set up, meet your neighbors, and start selling.
Vendor Fees (Simple & Transparent)
- Standard vendor booth: $30 per market day
- Casual vendors: $40 per market day (4 to 8 days)
- Food trucks & prepared food vendors: $45 per day
- Note to food trucks: There is No percentage of sales taken!
Discounts are available when payment of the full fee is made for full-season and part-time commitments.
Equipment & Setup
Vendors provide their own tents, tables, and displays. Tents must have adequate weights for safety purposes, 24 lbs per leg.
Pop-up tents are recommended for shade and must be properly weighted for safety. Vendors are responsible for clear pricing, business signage, and compliance with applicable food and safety regulations.
You’re welcome to design your space to reflect your style, as long as it’s safe and considerate of neighboring vendors and customers.
