Canopy Curbside Cravings is a weekly food truck and prepared-food event created to bring bold flavors, community energy, and consistent foot traffic to Bryans Road evenings. This page outlines everything food vendors need to know for the 2026 season.


Event Schedule & Season

Season: April through November 2026
Event Day: Saturdays
Public Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Vendor Arrival:

  • Food trucks should arrive 60 minutes before opening
  • Additional setup time may be arranged with advance notice

Opening Day: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Final Event: Saturday, November 28, 2026


Location & Site Details

Location:
Bryans Road Supply / Ace Hardware
Rt. 210 & Livingston Road, Bryans Road, MD (next to CVS)

Site Notes:

  • Large paved lot with vehicle access
  • Free parking for vendors and guests
  • Evening, high-visibility location
  • ADA-accessible site

Vendor Eligibility

This event is designed for:

  • Food trucks
  • Mobile food units
  • Caterers with prepared food menus

All vendors must hold valid health department permits.


Space & Pricing

Food Truck Space:

  • 10’ x 20’

Rate:

  • $45 per event day
  • No percentage of sales charged

Seasonal and repeat participation encouraged to build customer familiarity.


Permits & Insurance

Required by April 1, 2026:

  • Department of Health Mobile Food Unit License or Temporary Food Service Permit
  • $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance
    • Listing Canopy Group USA, LLC as additionally insured

Documents must be uploaded or emailed prior to participation.


Operations & Expectations

  • Vendors must remain open for the full event hours
  • Clean, safe service areas required
  • Power, water, and generators must be self-contained
  • Vendors are responsible for their own waste removal

Promotion & Visibility

Canopy Curbside Cravings includes:

  • Event-wide marketing and promotion
  • Vendor features across social channels
  • Exposure to repeat local customers in a consistent location

Booth Assignment & Scheduling

  • Space is assigned after application approval and payment
  • Casual participation requires 10 days’ advance notice
  • Returning vendors may request preferred placement, when available
